Miles Johnson founded MILES The Auto Spa in 2006, and launched the business in February 2007. While wrapping up a long career in the wireless communications field, Johnson developed a vision for a business that would turn customer expectations for a particular service on its ear. Take an old school business and turn it into a luxury experience. With a love of all things cars and a recognition of a void both in an industry and in a market, MILES The Auto Spa was born. And our customers love it. And we them.

Rocky Crossland and Johnson had formed a long working relationship which turned into a long friendship, while working together in the cellular phone industry over several years. After traveling all over the country running wireless operations, both ended up settling in the Brentwood - Franklin area. When Johnson's family had a great opportunity arise back in Austin, and decided to move back there, Rocky magically reappeared and a new partnership was formed.

Rocky runs the day to day operation. The people, the quality, the facilities, the customer service, the equipment - you name it.

Johnson gets to do the fun stuff - marketing, finance, explore potential growth ideas.
